From this point on the picture is crammed full of stirring action, hair raising scenes, pathos and heart interest. From this point on the picture runs at high speed and includes some great thrills as the rescue of a man from the ledge of the skyscraper, a 12-foot leap in an auto from the pier to the platform of a ferry boar, a racing car turning turtle to avoid hitting a child, and a very sensational automobile race. Lake Placid, New York, Happy Hour Theatre program from November 9, 1925

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14 --

"THE TALKERS" with Anna Q. Nillson, Lewis Stone, Ian Keith, Tully Marshall, Barbara Bedford and Shirley Mason. The central figure in this story is a wife admirably played by Anna Q. Nilsson, who, becomeing bored with home life begins to advocate more freedom for women and to speak rather contemptously of a wife's duty and obligations to husband and home. Of course whe realizes the error of her ways, but not until it not only comes near wrecking her own romannce and providing a much greater tragedy for her husband's sister, an impressionable young girl who tried to put the wife's "talk" into actual practice. Critics claim that this is a very remarkable picture and will hold one intensely interested from start to finish.
